BENGALURU- On 11th August 2015, the 2014- 2016 batch of IFIM B SCHOOL organized a farewell party for the senior batch of PGDM & MBA. The venue was held at CROWNE PLAZA a five star hotel in Bengaluru. The theme of the party was Demons and Angels, the demons were the 2014-16 batch whereas the angels were the 2013-15 batch. Approximately around 160 students were expected at the venue. The college had invested a lump-sum amount of one lakh eighty thousand to make the event a successful one.
The students were received by Students’ Council Members from the 2014-16 batch. The event commenced with a warm welcome by the host of the evening Ajeya Krishna, the president of the student council. The most awaited part of the evening was the ballroom paper dance which was between the demons and the angels. A special dance performance was dedicated by Kaushik Shetty to ‘THE SKULLS’- A dance group started by him and now the league is being carried by the 2014-16 batch that is Gaurav Srivastav and his group. It was a treat watching their performance as they ‘dance to express not to impress’. Mr. Gunjan Mohan Sharma the student council chairman of the 2013-15 batch took the opportunity and came up to the stage to bless the students and wish them luck for their future.
The event managers Yash Pathak and his team who organized the programme left everyone spellbound. They were praised by all to the skies for their excellent work. The programme was concluded by a jam session which made out to be a remarkable one.
